Hey guys been alot sorting out lately
just a quick not working on stacks to cut and have lean growth i will post them along with prices i sell so hopefully you can get in touch help this blog going

Quick thing alot ask me about abs, EVERYONE has abs.... is the myth, if you ask me i think you just have to work hard for it, just like every other muscle took you time to get where you are now skinny, fat or whatever so takes time to reverse it. Be patient and stick with it.

I guess this blog is more about motivation, but i am trying to put a bit more information to help you guys so you stop spamming me on messages :P

No training out here, loosing a bit of weight but its ok im enjoying life. Will train when im back. Just cardio atm

Random I shaved my armpits ==, haha just cause it looks more hygienic
when shoulder pressing etc, but im still pretty lean considering no weights
this is a gift for those skinny guys you will always have abs :D! Im really looking forward
to bulking in the winter!

Starting to look wider at the back :)! Progression from day 1 deffo. My arms still lack
but i can't be perfect, i can only keep trying!

Main thing is i fit clothes, yes i flexed in 1 photo :P! just to see if my arms look any bigger and
not really haha, but i measured my arms. 12" and 14" Flexed

Started dancing and just in <3 with my Supras and High Tops

My recent aim is  to get 14inch arms unflex, pop my abs out more when im back and be a lean 80kg. a year from now i would like to say i've done both of these

  1. my advice would be to keep your meals consistent and korean bbq meats are fattening. If you're planing to stay lean you should get lean cuts of meat. Also, dancing is going to keep you skinny. Just my advice.
