anyway its been quiet with the messages lately

but just gona update you on my life and progress

peaking quite welll

95kg bench 6 rep
140kg sqaut 8/10 rep
100kg deadllift 6/8 rep
70 kg row 10 rep
32.5kg dumbell shoulder presses! 10 rep
70kg military press on the smith machine! 8 reps

these are my maxes!
