Chest day

I have motivation for gym but not to make these videos haha i have the clips but haven't put them into a youtube video. I just have a feeling no-one will watch all my efforts haha !

But if you are letme know so i know that im not doing it for nothing haha

Well anyway heres a chest day

Anyway

Warm up

Pressups! about 3 set 20 do em uneven first 10 fast last 10 slow nice pump and good blood flow.

Then bench press or dumbell press your pick
3 sets 10 reps
go heaviest first then drop slowly

inclined press
3 sets 10
same again heavy then drop weight

declined press

3 sets 10
same again heavy then drop weight

Then finish with cables
Inclined, declined and mid flies.

3 sets 10
same again heavy then drop weight

Tip make sure when your doing the cables you really feel the stretch and do them well! these will help you fill your chest.

Press hard and get that chest you want. I worked hard for 4 months straight focusing hard on my chest and it paid off. Now i am focusing on my arms.

Anyway get hench all! work hard stay hard!
