so its been hard for me to keep updating this blog because atm uni has started, been really busy sorting stuff out and settling in.
soon hopefully ill start updating more. I've got alot strong and a little more defined. But will start bulking again soon.

Read, take away, and understand
Our lives are shaped by our experiences. Our experiences are preserved in our memories. But what if we had a chance to remember things that we never actually experienced? As a human, I am imperfect.... i am not strong, I have alot of fear and i still have alot to learn, and alot to understand. Especially what is right and what is wrong. But as experiences have told me and can tell you. You can never stop improving yourself, to be a better person, there is always room for improvement. So always try to better yourself. I know I am. Make your others and me proud, and better yet make yourself proud.....
Confusion... A feeling in life which is described as you are lost and incapable of understanding the concept of what is going on. There are many blanks to be filled, Fill these blanks understand and learn. One to ask is a fool for the moment, one never to ask is a fool forever...

Chest day
I have motivation for gym but not to make these videos haha i have the clips but haven't put them into a youtube video. I just have a feeling no-one will watch all my efforts haha !

Well anyway heres a chest day
videos will be up along when i will make them haha... i have clips though!
Anyway
Warm up
Pressups! about 3 set 20 do em uneven first 10 fast last 10 slow nice pump and good blood flow.
Then bench press or dumbell press your pick
3 sets 10 reps
go heaviest first then drop slowly
inclined press
3 sets 10
same again heavy then drop weight
declined press
3 sets 10
same again heavy then drop weight
Then finish with cables
Inclined, declined and mid flies.
3 sets 10
same again heavy then drop weight
Tip make sure when your doing the cables you really feel the stretch and do them well! these will help you fill your chest.
Press hard and get that chest you want. I worked hard for 4 months straight focusing hard on my chest and it paid off. Now i am focusing on my arms.
Anyway get hench all! work hard stay hard!
